On booking a treatment with Gazelle Wax Bar, you must please make us aware or discuss any medical conditions or contraindications with your therapist and at the time of your booking.  This is very important as certain treatments cannot be performed or may have to be adapted in some ways.

Disclaimer

On the day of your appointment, your therapist will go through a consultation with you, and also ask of any contraindications you may have. If the client is under the age of 16, a parent, or guardian must approve of the appointment.

Cancellation policy

Gazelle Wax Bar will please require a 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. All appointments will require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.

Please note that we charge a cancellation fee of 50% on the full-service value if an appointment is canceled or reschedule less than 12 hours.

Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months unless otherwise stated. They are non-refundable. Please have your gift voucher with you for the appointment. The cancellation policy still applies to gift vouchers, 50% of the treatment price will be redeemed from your voucher

Opening hours

Monday-Wednesday 10 am – 7 pm

Thursday – Saturday 10 am – 8 pm and

Sunday – closed

All bookings are available from 10 am upon till the last appointment that should end at 7/8 pm. If you require any bookings outside these openings hours please let us know well in advance.

The information we collect

When making a booking with Gazelle Wax Bar, we will ask for information such as name, email address, location address, contact number, birth date, medical history, treatment preference, skincare regime and other relevant information which is related to your treatment.

What we may do with the information

All this information collected is necessary to process your booking but also allows us to be able to provide you with the best service and advice. We may contact you for promotions or special offers of which we think you may find interesting using the email address provided at the time of booking.

Safety and Security of your Information

Gazelle Wax Bar will not pass any information to any third parties.

We follow a tight security procedure as required under the UK Data Protection Legislation (the Data Protection Act 1998) to protect the information that we store about you from you and store only data that is necessary.
